There are different ways to plan and many things in your life to plan for. Take steps on planning in areas for your life. Take small steps and start with short goals to not overwhelm yourself. If you want to get in shape start planning a fitness program. Start a business develop a business plan. Learn a skill or get a degree start planning the process to get started, etc. Yes, planning takes work and consistency, so you may start planning to make a plan for those that procrastinate. Schedule a date on your calendar and set a reminder to gather your resources and start planning something special for your life. Remember you do not have to start planning every detail of your life at one time, start in one area at a time, until it becomes routine and a desire to plan.
